Getting Started with the Beyond “Biz” Experience.
Please carefully read the following Terms and Conditions before joining in the Go Beyond ‘Biz’ Experience.
By joining, you agree to the following:
1. Experience Overview
Go Beyond ‘Biz’ is your all-inclusive e-commerce solution, designed to guide you through the process of establishing and growing a successful, purpose-driven online platform. As the signature digital solution of Susan Robichaud International, it includes everything you need to attract, connect, and sell online. More than the experience it provides, it’s an interactive platform that bridges the gap between people and cutting-edge technology, bringing together leaders, advocates, and change agents from across the globe, empowering them with the knowledge and tools to improve their digital marketing skills and seize new opportunities in this interconnected world. This is where those who join and actively participate have the opportunity to gain the confidence that comes with engaging in purpose-driven work.
2. Tools, Technology, Instructions and Training Materials
Training materials and resources are primarily provided in English. However, our services are bilingual. Should your online platform require content in both English and French, rest assured that translation and setup are included at no additional cost.
The tools and technology employed in the Go Beyond ‘Biz’ Experience have been carefully tested and proven effective. They are reliable and cost-effective, ensuring that all participants in the Go Beyond ‘Biz’ Experience use the same high-standard resources for the strongest most powerful online platform available. Please note that some tools may require an additional subscription cost, which is separate from and in addition to the investment in the Go Beyond ‘Biz’ Experience.
The process within Beyond ‘Biz’ is designed to be seamless and streamlined, emphasizing simplicity and affordability in every aspect of developing your purpose-driven online platform.

All content and training materials provided as part of the Go Beyond ‘Biz’ Experience are the intellectual property of Susan Robichaud International. Unauthorized use, duplication, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
3. Website Hosting (Web Hosting)
To ensure a secure, reliable, efficient, and easily accessible connection, your domain(s) will be transferred, registered, and hosted with Web Hosting Canada, one of our valued partners. This arrangement will facilitate both the development and ongoing maintenance of your new online platform. In terms of pricing, Web Hosting Canada is competitive with other providers, and we have found their support and security to be both dependable and unparalleled.
– Included in your hosting plan at no additional charge is WordPress Pro, providing advanced features and capabilities to optimize your online presence.
– Domains can vary in price depending on the extension you choose and the number of domains you require. For example, extensions like .ca, .org, and .com range between 12.64 CAD and 17.81 CAD, typically charged annually.
– For hosting, you can expect to pay between 15.00 CAD and 25.00 CAD per month, depending on your selected payment plan and the resources needed for optimal online performance.
These fees are a standard part of the costs associated with operating online. They are separate from, and in addition to, the investment you are making in the Go Beyond ‘Biz’ Experience.
4. Email Automation (MailerLite)
Email automation is free for the first 30 days, at which time a subscription fee applies, starting at approximately 13.40 USD/month for up to 500 contacts and approximately 26.80 USD/month for up to 2,500 contacts. MailerLite is one of our valued partners, and their automated solution is on the shortlist of our preferred tools and technologies. This monthly subscription fee required to maintain your email lists and automated sequences are separate from, and in addition to, the investment you are making for your new Online Presence. These fees are a standard part of operating and maintaining your purpose-driven online platform.
5. Payment Gateway (Stripe)
Every purpose-driven online platform developed within the Beyond ‘Biz’ Experience include a secure payment gateway. We use Stripe, a leading payment processing service, to ensure that all transactions are conducted safely and efficiently. There is no monthly fee for using Stripe; however, they do charge a percentage fee for each transaction made on your platform.
By using any of our platforms, you agree to the processing of your payments through Stripe, in accordance with their terms and conditions. For more detailed information on Stripe’s fees and services, please visit Stripe’s website.
6. Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policy
The Beyond “Biz” Experience offers flexible payment options to accommodate the needs of our participants. The required investment will be presented during your free 30-minute introduction call, and you may choose to pay in full or opt for one of two manageable recurring payment plans. Details regarding payment schedules, amounts, and methods will be provided during the registration process.
Understanding that circumstances can change, and flexibility is key. You may cancel your registration in the Beyond “Biz” Experience at any time before the official start date. To cancel, please notify us in writing at least 7 days before the work begins to avoid any unnecessary charges.
Given the customized nature of the Beyond “Biz” Experience, the resources allocated to prepare for each participant and the ongoing support provided, refunds are not available after the creative work has begun. Substantial effort is dedicated to ensuring all participants receive the highest level of attention and support tailored to their individual needs, and potential participants are encouraged to thoroughly review all program details and clarify any doubts before registering.
By investing in the Beyond “Biz” Experience, you acknowledge and agree to these payment, cancellation, and refund policies. We are committed to providing you with a valuable and impactful experience and encourage open communication and active participation and engagement to ensure your satisfaction with the entire process from beginning to growth.
7. Performance and Outcome Disclaimer
At Susan Robichaud International, we provide the most up-to-date tools and technology, guidance, resources and strategies, designed to enhance your online conversion efforts. However, it is important to acknowledge that individual results may vary. Success with the Beyond ‘Biz’ experience is influenced by several factors including your commitment and active participation, your willingness to take inspired action, and your trust in the process.
While ongoing support and guidance are provided throughout the duration of the creative, design and development phases, please understand that the ultimate success of your online communication and engagement efforts depends on your personal and continuous efforts. As such, Susan Robichaud International cannot be held responsible for the specific outcomes, lack of achievement or any potential financial losses that may occur.
Again, you are encouraging you to actively participate with the process, use the tools and advice provided, and connect with other participants in the community director to maximize your chances of online success.
8. Termination Rights
In the event of a breach of these terms and conditions, every effort will be made to remedy the situation within a period of 7 days, if a remedy has not been achieved with this timeframe, Susan Robichaud International reserves the right to terminate this agreement. This action is taken to maintain the integrity and quality of the Beyond ‘Biz’ Experience for all participants.
Your continued participation in the Beyond “Biz” Experience is contingent upon your compliance with these terms and conditions. It is our goal to provide the most rewarding, supportive environment for all participants, and adherence to these terms helps ensure that every participant can benefit fully from this interactive online experience.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Susan Robichaud International reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and we encourage you to review the latest version regularly.
